I do not get a network on the infotainment screen, what should I do?

In case you never used the Ubigi services yet in your car before, please check first if your vehicle is eligible to the services: Which Fiat 500 is eligible to Ubigi services?

In case you already used the Ubigi services in your car but suddenly you have no network anymore:

-ensure that you are not in an isolated space (underground garage, inside a dealership, etc.) but rather next to a windowed space or outside building (outdoor). This will allow you to get a network easily and 3G/4G will appear at the top left-hand corner of your infotainment screen. If it doesn’t, we advise you to move to another area to get better coverage and network signal.

-when you see network signal bars and 3G/4G at the top of your infotainment screen, you will be able to use your connected services with Ubigi in your car. In case the situation persists in different places and no signal bars or 3G/4G icons have never appeared on your onboard screen, please contact our Customer Service directly for more help.
